If your vision of the perfect getaway includes a warm, crackling fire, your search is over. After a day of fun in the fresh air build a roaring fire and settle in with a a good book, gather the group for a lively game of Codenames, or watch the latest movie on the flat screen TV.

The kitchen provides everything needed to cook dinner or simply reheat some leftovers from one of the amazing restaurants nearby on the Mountain Road or in the village. The main level bedroom and sitting area has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The upstairs bedrooms share a large full bathroom. The entire home as been outfitted with new linens and towels.

Just inside the door to the attached garage (yes, no need to brush off your car!) there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer as well as a large storage room for ski equipment and clothing. There is a ramp in the garage providing easy access for those guests that have difficulty with stairs.

It is important to note that this home is strictly “pet-free” due to allergies, and while fans are provided for all of the bedrooms this home is not air-conditioned.

All dates with the exception of Holidays and 30 day or longer stays: Full refund for cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for a cancellation made between 8 and 14 days with no refund given 7 days or less before check-in.

Holiday Cancellation Policy: 30-day notice for a full refund. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given 14 days or less before check-in.

30 Day or Longer Stay Cancellation Policy: 60-day notice for a full refund of deposit. No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

The refund amount will be the Guest’s deposit less any credit card fees incurred by Stowe Properties to process payments. Late arrival, early departure, or any inclement weather or other unanticipated circumstances shall not result in any refund of rent or deposit.
