This bright and open studio with a private entrance and keypad lock provides the added security of a unique code for each and every guest. There’s tons of natural light and the location is unbeatable with Main Street and all it has to offer only one block walk away. The studio features a completely remodeled bathroom with a queen-size bed and all new linens. You’ll have everything you need during your visit to Stowe with convenient parking right outside the door. One small dog will be considered with prior approval.
The studio has a private entrance at the end of the 1860 House, a Stowe landmark that is on the National Register of Historic Sites. This cozy retreat is perfect for couples and business travelers with private parking located right outside the door.
Located in the village of Stowe, you’ll be staying steps from Main Street. Stroll over to the Black Cap Cafe for a hot cup of coffee or stop at Butler’s Pantry for a hearty breakfast before wandering through the unique local shops. Cross the street and check out the Stowe Free Library and The Current Art Center. The village area also offers many incredible restaurants and pubs – not to mention that Cork Wine Bar and Market is right next door!
Grab your gear and head out into the fresh mountain air! Stowe is bustling with fun activities and festivals all year round. Hit the slopes in the winter, and in the warmer months hike the many trails which are part of the Stowe Land Trust or Appalachian Trail. The base of the 5.5 mile paved Stowe Recreation Path is conveniently located right off Main Street. At the end of the day head out for dinner at one of the many great restaurants or take a stroll through the scenic village.
There is a free seasonal shuttle that runs from the village of Stowe to the Stowe Mountain Resort which stops right on Main Street.
All dates with the exception of Holidays and 30 day or longer stays: Full refund for cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for a cancellation made between 8 and 14 days with no refund given 7 days or less before check-in.
Holiday Cancellation Policy: 30-day notice for a full refund. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given 14 days or less before check-in.
30 Day or Longer Stay Cancellation Policy: 60-day notice for a full refund of deposit. No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
The refund amount will be the Guest’s deposit less any credit card fees incurred by Stowe Properties to process payments. Late arrival, early departure, or any inclement weather or other unanticipated circumstances shall not result in any refund of rent or deposit.
