The house itself was built in the 1800s and was originally part of the Green Mountain Inn as well as the home to a local jeweler for many years. The condo is the perfect blend of historical character and everyday comfort and checks all the boxes for a memorable stay in Stowe.

Guests will appreciate the easy access to the Stowe Bike Path, free Mountain Road Shuttle, and the many restaurants, pubs, and local shops that are all conveniently located just steps away. Designated parking for 1 car with additional public space nearby.

The newly renovated bathroom is clean and bright with a beautiful custom tile shower. And check out that brand new washer/dryer inside the bathroom! Our guests will surf the internet using a high-speed connection and watch the latest movies on the new 4K HDR Roku TV.

This unit offers a dedicated parking space right outside the door so that you won’t have to travel far to unload your gear. There is also a small mudroom space with a ski rack.

All dates with the exception of Holidays and 30 day or longer stays: Full refund for cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for a cancellation made between 8 and 14 days with no refund given 7 days or less before check-in.

Holiday Cancellation Policy: 30-day notice for a full refund. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given 14 days or less before check-in.

30 Day or Longer Stay Cancellation Policy: 60-day notice for a full refund of deposit. No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

The refund amount will be the Guest’s deposit less any credit card fees incurred by Stowe Properties to process payments. Late arrival, early departure, or any inclement weather or other unanticipated circumstances shall not result in any refund of rent or deposit.
