Built in the 1800s, this spacious historic townhouse was originally part of the Green Mountain Inn as well as the home to a local jeweler for many years. It is the perfect blend of historical character and everyday comfort and checks all the boxes for a memorable stay in Stowe.

The townhouse is the perfect space for two or three couples traveling together, with a unique layout that includes a private bedroom/bathroom/living space on each of the two levels.
The living space on the main level has a sectional sofa and TV, the perfect spot to kick off your shoes and relax. A large dining table by the window will comfortably seat the entire crew. Also on the main level is a light-filled bedroom and full bathroom across the hall from the kitchen.
The kitchen provides everything needed to cook dinner or simply reheat some leftovers from one of the amazing restaurants right at your doorstep.
Upstairs there is an equally bright and sunny space with a bedroom, full bathroom, and sleeping loft with a queen futon and twin bed.
Beat the heat with portable and window air conditioners installed from mid-June through mid-October.

All dates with the exception of Holidays and 30 day or longer stays: Full refund for cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for a cancellation made between 8 and 14 days with no refund given 7 days or less before check-in.
Holiday Cancellation Policy: 30-day notice for a full refund. 50% of the initial payment will be returned for cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given 14 days or less before check-in.
30 Day or Longer Stay Cancellation Policy: 60-day notice for a full refund of deposit. No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
The refund amount will be the Guest’s deposit less any credit card fees incurred by Stowe Properties to process payments. Late arrival, early departure, or any inclement weather or other unanticipated circumstances shall not result in any refund of rent or deposit.
